These Terms of Service may be changed in the future without further notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Further, these Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to your right as a author when you partner with Credit Plus Health to get your book published, and use of, the Site and are in addition to the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Credit Plus Health for products, services or otherwise.

Credit Plus Health believes in protecting user privacy. Users of the Site should refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how Credit Plus Health uses and collects information.

Terms & Conditions. 

1. Your book will be published by Credit Plus Health.

2. You will co-author with our established authors to publish your book.

3. Copyright ownership will be owned by Credit Plus Health & you.

4. The entire cost of publishing including marketing will be split between you & the partnering co-author.

5. The royalties generated from the sales of your published book will be halved & distributed back to the partnering co-author.

6. Credit Plus Health will not be responsible for your capital investment  losses incurred as a result of poor distribution and sale of your published book. You are prepared to lose all your capital investment if the published book fail to sell for whatever reasons. 

7. You allow Credit Plus Health to reproduce, store in retrieval system, or transmit, in any form or means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without your prior permission.

8. You allow Credit Plus Health by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, re-sell, reprint, hire out,  distribute, circulate or otherwise, without your prior consent.
